Membership Rights

Members in good standing have a right to declare themselves as a member of the Management of Menopause Types® Program. Members have a right to limited use of the registered trademark as outlined below. Members have a right to publicly post the Certificate of Completion, which signifies that said individual is a member in good standing. Members have a right to contribute to the ingoing development of YourMenopauseType.com and the Management of Menopause Types® Program.

Membership Privileges

Members have full access to the Members Pages within the YourMenopauseType.com website. Members may use the Practice Management services located in the Members Pages within the YourMenopauseType.com website. Members may use the Slideshows & Presentations located in the Members Pages within the YourMenopauseType.com website. Memberships will receive the Management of Menopause Type® E-Newsletter. Members are listed on the YourMenopauseType.com website as having completed the course of study pertaining to the Management of Menopause Types®, and as having received as Certificate of Completion, signifying that said individual is a member in good standing.

 

Membership Honors

Members have the honor of being posted on the YourMenopauseType.com website. Members have the honor of participating in a growing community of individuals committed to redefining menopause as a passage unique to each woman and to meeting the unique needs of each woman, though an expanding understanding of Menopause Types®.

 

Membership Obligations

Members have an obligation to meet the unique needs of each woman, though an understanding her unique transition. Members have an obligation to educate each woman on the choices available for the management of her Menopause Type®, including but not limited to: Lifestyle Choices; Adequate Nutrients with Proper Elimination; Herbs; Homeopathy; Hormone Precursors; Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy. However, members also have an obligation, and a right, to advise against the use of any therapy that is considered harmful, non-efficacious, or inappropriate for any individual woman, or for all women. Members have an obligation to contribute to the ongoing development of YourMenopauseType.com and the Management of Menopause Types® Program.

 

Membership Responsibilities

Members have a responsibility to read, understand and abide by the terms set forth in the "Disclaimer & Legal Agreement" accessible from any page on YourMenopauseType.com and copied in it's entirety below. Members have a responsibility to give feedback to YourMenopauseType.com concerning any way that YourMenopauseType.com can enhance it's service to the communities it serves. This feedback may include perceived errors, errors of omission, new findings, or overlooked findings. Members have a responsibility to read the Management of Menopause Type® E-Newsletter in order to stay current on new developments in the Management of Menopause Types® Program.

 

Limited License to Use the "Menopause Type® " Registered Trademark

YourMenopauseType.com may grant, at its sole discretion, revocable, personal, non-transferable, limited license to allow the use of its registered trademark or other trademarks by individuals or organizations. Statements for use of registered trademark by active members in good standing include statements such as "Trained to Manage Your Menopause Type®", "Experiences in the Management of Menopause Type®", or other approved statements as outlined in the License Agreement that is given to active members. Limited license granted to Management of Menopause Type® Program Members may only grant the right to use the registered trademark to promote the member as someone who has completed the Management of Menopause Type® Program. It may not be used endorse a nutraceutical product, pharmaceutical product, diagnostic test, diagnostic service or other product or service unless by expressed written consent. Any license to use any trademark is subject to revocation without cause, and at the sole discretion of YourMenopauseType.com. Any license to use any trademark of YourMenopauseType.com must be accompanied by a written licensing document, which is signed by the President of YourMenopauseType.com. Any written licensing agreement is subject to revocation without cause, and at the sole discretion of YourMenopauseType.com. Verbal requests and agreements must not be acted on until such a written licensing document is obtained. Limited license must be used in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose. Any other use is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Satisfaction Policy:

 

If you are not satisfied with the Management of Menopause Type® Program, and do not wish to use the education materials, on-line listing, clinical support and limited license to use trademark please notify us within 30 days for a refund.

 

 

 

Confidentiality Policy:

 

YourMenopauseType.com treats all customer information as "Company Confidential" and prohibits the reselling or use of this information outside of our organization.
