Management of Menopause Type® Seminar

Module E: Plan

Protocols based only on Subjective Data

Therapeutic interventions based on only subjective data should include nutritional and herbal support, and limited to non-hormonal therapies. Therapeutic interventions based only on subjective data should be initiated on the first visit.

Therapeutics based on subjective data include:

Lifestyle:

exercise/play; proper rest; proper sleep; relaxation; meditation/prayer; social interaction; massage

Diet & Nutrition:

high-grade multiple vitamin/mineral formula; healthy eating; foods rich in "phytosterols" (phytoestrogens); adequate hydration; proper elimination

Herbs:

culinary/medicinal herbs in diet to aid digestion; appropriate adaptogens; appropriate uterine tonics; appropriate nervines; symptom specific herbs

Homeopathy:

constitutional/classical homeopathy; combination remedies; symptom specific remedies

The Menopause Type® Questionnaire is a valuable tool for collecting and analyzing subjective data. Based on the results of the questionnaire, choose one of the following protocols. Print it out and save it for designing the treatment plan.

Each of the following pages have buttons to either take you back to this page or go forward to protocols based on objective data.
