can specifically result in increased vaginal dryness and atrophy which can bring
about vaginal pain, itching and burning as well as painful intercourse.
Decreased testosterone function may contribute to or precipitate vaginal
atrophy as well as inflammation, itching and pain of the vulva. A combination
of symptoms may be seen when there is decreased function of both estrogens
