About This
Session |

|
Your risk
for developing osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes and cancer can be
determined a number of ways, including laboratory tests, bone density studies
and physical exams. Knowing your risks can guide you and your physician in
making correct hormone replacement or other medical choices. |
||||||
|
In this
session we will discuss how information from your physical exam, your lab
tests, your bone density tests and other tests reveal your risks for disease and what choices you can make to decrease your risks for disease. |
||||||

C of the Professional Management of Menopause Type® Seminar. |

Module C is titled "Objective
Data" and focuses on the
collection of physical exam data, lab tests, bone density and other objective
findings. It discusses clinical interventions aimed at decreasing risk of morbidity
(illness) and mortality (death), which can be predicted by analysis of
objective signs. |
