Session Two - Your Quality of Life

 

Foundational Therapies

The following table lists some Foundational Therapies that may be suggested by your healthcare professional on the first visit. These recommendations are based upon symptoms, as analyzed by the Menopause Type® Questionnaire. Please note that while some therapies are appropriate for all Menopause Types®, others are only appropriate for specific types.

 

Make sure you get proper rest and exercise and other lifestyle choices.

 

Eat a healthy balanced diet with adequate nutrients. Make sure you have proper elimination so your body can get rid of toxins.

 

PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL ESSENTIALS

Consider for All Menopause Types®

 

The high-grade Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Supplement should be the foundation of good nutritional support during and after menopause.

 

The Antioxidants Formulas and vitamins, particularly beta-carotene, are appropriate for all Menopause Types®, especially those with weak progesterone activity since progesterone production requires antioxidants.

Session Three of the Managing Your Menopause Type® Educational Class is titled "Your Risks of Disease". Session Three will focus on how information from your physical exam, your lab tests, your bone density tests and other tests reveal your risks for disease and what choices you can make to decrease your risks for disease.
